document, the "Operating Rules and Procedures," governs the
activities of Auburn Area Access/Auburn Community Television.

The purpose
of this document is to clearly set forth the rules and procedures
that govern the operation of Auburn Community Television facilities.
These rules and procedures are intended to encourage maximum
participation by Auburn area individuals and groups in a fair
and equitable manner. This document also identifies the many
services and opportunities available to Auburn area residents
to develop locally produced cable programming. |

potential users of the Auburn Area Access/Auburn Community
Television facilities and services must first agree to comply
with the Rules and Procedures specified herein. |

"Operating Rules and Procedures" are not, and will never be,
complete. They will evolve with the growth and development
of Auburn Community Television and the concrete experiences
of those who use its facilities and services. Amendments to
this document may be considered and implemented by the Auburn
Area Access Board of Directors at any time. |
