General Statement

To ensure that Auburn Community Television equipment and facilities remain in good working order, are available to the broadest range of producers, and that equipment and facilities are used in such a manner as to fulfill Auburn Community Television's contractual obligations Auburn Community Television reserves the right to refuse services on a temporary or permanent basis or otherwise initiate suspensions of services, disciplinary actions, probationary sanctions, or other legal action against individuals or organizations interfering with or jeopardizing Auburn Community Television's operations or otherwise violating the Auburn Area Access/Auburn community Television's Operating Rules and Procedures.

Request to Leave Auburn Community Television Facilities

Auburn Community Television staff may request that an individual leave the Auburn Community Television facilities immediately as follows:

2.1 If an individual consumes, sells or dispenses alcohol or illegal substances in the Auburn Community Television facilities; or
2.2 If an individual behaves in a threatening manner, interferes with the orderly conduct of Auburn Community Television activities, facilities or programs, or demonstrates an inability to properly operate production equipment.
